FREE SHIPPING

Receive free shipping on most orders over $99, placed within the continental United States! Free Shipping is not available on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or other countries.

Some exceptions apply with free shipping.  Some larger and heavier items will incur a shipping fee.

Domestic Orders

We strive to ship products as fast as we absolutely can. Our standard shipping estimate for when orders leave our facility is within 1 business day from the time the order is placed on our website. Products that ship directly from the manufacturer sometimes take longer than 1 business day to ship. Some apparel items are made on demand and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Delivery estimates are given with the tracking information that is emailed to you once the order ships and are based on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.

International Orders

How do I place an international order?

International orders are placed just like any other order! Simply add your products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You must pay the shipping costs for delivery to your destination country when placing your order. 

How much will it cost to ship to my country?

International shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the package. International orders are fulfilled via USPS and/or DHL.

International orders may incur additional costs after shipping.

Customs duties, taxes, and other potential fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs you pay when placing your order. These additional charges may be incurred after your order ships. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

You are responsible for obtaining information regarding your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the U.S), you are responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

What payment methods does Bart’s accept for international shipment?

We accept all major Credit Cards.

How much should I expect to pay in import duty, taxes & brokerage?

Duty and tax vary greatly based on product category, product value and delivery location. Regardless of where we are shipping, we recommend contacting our local border and customs agency for specific details regarding fees & timeline of your items after they depart from Bart’s.

Are there any items that can’t be shipped internationally?

Water mats and large park items cannot ship overseas due to the bulky nature of these products.

How long will it take for my international order to be received?

Normal shipping time is 5-7 business days.

Is there a minimum order for international orders?

Yes, we require a minimum order of $150 to ship internationally.

What if I want to return my items?

• All customers will need to contact their border and customs agencies for specifics.
• International customers are responsible for the return postage/freight to Bart’s. Upon inspection, you will be refunded your purchase price. For items received damaged or in error, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
• If you get your order and would like to return it, it’s best to reach out to info@barts.com for assistance on this procedure.
