Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

Need to return or exchange your recently purchased water sports gear?ย 

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bartโ€™s Water Sports. We get it thoughโ€ฆsometimes we buy stuff with the greatest intentions of using it and we just donโ€™t. Please see the below guidelines for returning your unused items.ย 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.ย 

  • Products returned after 30 days of purchase, must be returned within 180 days for store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items with signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • Items that do not have the original packaging.

Process for Returns:

  • Contact our customer service at info@barts.com or give us a call at 1-800-348-5016, team to initiate a return.

    • Typical response time is within 24 hours

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Provide photos showing the item is unused and in original packaging.

  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email.

  • Returns can also be brought to our retail store location.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

  • The original cost of shipping on the order is not refundable.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Declined returns may be mailed back at no cost to the customer.ย 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and let us know what item(s) you would like to exchange for and once returned, we will make the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will provide instructions for damaged or defective items. Depending on the issue, this may be a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Warranties

All products purchased from Bartโ€™s Water Sports come with the full manufacturerโ€™s warranty unless marked as a "no warranty" item. Warranty claims are submitted by us on your behalf and are subject to the manufacturerโ€™s decision on said warranty claim. Our policy is to repair or replace any defective products under manufacturer warranty depending on the manufacturerโ€™s decision; refunds may be available in certain circumstances. Only the original purchaser can make warranty claims.

If the manufacturer is no longer in business, Bartโ€™s Water Sports will review your warranty claim and will attempt to find an equitable solution. For any warranty questions, please contact us.
